Julie is an experienced Project Management consultant and trainer with over 20 years of progressive business experience within both the public and private sectors. Julie brings a proven success record in project leadership and delivery. Julie has been able to successfully combine both the art and science components of project management methodologies and various business methodologies to deliver projects that meet their defined business objectives. Bringing this experience into the classroom enriches the learning experience for all participants.

A veteran of over 300 classroom deliveries, her participative management style provides effective leadership and fosters dedicated and competent project teams. Her enthusiasm and energy are infectious. Julie’s strengths include facilitations, presentation and training, as well as excellent written and oral communications. She is the author of The Project Manager’s Question Kit series of books and has made presentations at PMI Chapters and Project Management Events around the Globe.

Julie has a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, has obtained a CGA professional designation and is a Certified Training Director through Langevin Learning Services. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
