Enhancing Project Performance through training, coaching and mentoring.
Overview
What exactly is Project Management? Why is it good for the organization?  How does a Sponsor contribute to project success? These are the primary questions answered in this course.

This is a high level overview of Project Management designed to create awareness for current and potential project sponsors. Definitions of key project terminology, project process groups and benefits will be discussed.  Roles & responsibilities of all key stakeholders throughout a project life cycle and options for project governance structures will also be outlined.

A prime focus is the differentiation between the roles of Project Manager and Project Sponsor. Specific roles & responsibilities for each, during each project life cycle phase will be discussed in detail.

This is a great course for middle to senior management in an organization who are wondering how Project Management practices can help them have more successful projects.  Facilitated discussions will allow the group to leave with a concrete list of things that can be implemented to increase project success.
