Overview
Getting the right information to the right people at the right time, so that the right decisions can be made. This is the primary job of the project manager.
How to ask the right questions to get this information is a different story. Figuring out who to ask can also be confusing.
This course lists 1001 questions that project managers can ask to help get this information. Questions are arranged by Scope, Schedule, Quality and other major knowledge areas of project management. The questions are also arranged by audience or Who to ask.
Often times, it is choosing the right words in the question that can help, so many questions are phrased in alternate ways.
This is a great course in looking at information gathering in a different way. If you learn just one question that you didn’t ask before, that gives that key piece of information to turn your project around, then this is time well spent.
